My Proclamation!

When everything, everyone fails
Father, you never fail
You have engraved me

in the palm of your hands
You guide me in the way of wisdom
And lead me along straight paths.

*****************************

All your promises are Yes and Amen
You will never leave or forsake me
Your plan is to prosper and not
to harm me
You know me inside out
You’ve given me a future and a hope
All the days ordained for me were
written in your book before they ever came to be
You are the God who performs miracles!

****************************

Your right hand upholds me
You stoop down and make me great
You train my hands for battle and
broaden the path beneath my feet
You are my strength and my shield
You will complete the good work
you started in me
You are a loving God whose desire
is to show mercy
You have my interest at heart
Your discipline is a demonstration
of your love and how blessed I am
You promise to pour out good gifts unto your children.
You will restore me and make me strong,
firm and steadfast
You have not brought me this far
to leave me!
No other God compares to you
You are a God who loves to rescue
You are the original IGWE!:-)

“It is in the quiet crucible of your personal private sufferings that your noblest dreams are born and God’s greatest gifts are given in compensation for what you’ve been through.”~Wintley Phipps

The test of our spiritual life is the power to descend; if we have power to rise only, something is wrong. It is a great thing to be on the mount with God, but a man only gets there in order that afterwards he may get down among the devil-possessed and lift them up. We are not built for the mountains and the dawns and aesthetic affinities, those are for moments of inspiration, that is all. We are built for the valley, for the ordinary stuff we are in, and that is where we have to prove our mettle. (Taken from ‘My Utmost for His Highest’, by Oswald Chambers.)
